Patient Participation Group Blog

A huge thank you to our fantastic Patient Participation Group (PPG) members and staff volunteers who made the most of the good weather to begin refreshing our car park markings.

 

Over time, parking bay lines, kerb markings and disabled parking symbols can fade. Thanks to the hard work and community spirit of those involved, we're giving the car park a much-needed refresh to improve visibility, accessibility and the overall experience for patients and visitors.

 

This is a brilliant example of what can be achieved when patients and practice staff work together to make positive improvements for our community.

 

We're always looking for new members to join our Patient Participation Group (PPG). As a PPG member, you can:

• Share ideas and feedback

• Help identify areas for improvement

• Support community projects and health campaigns

• Work alongside the practice team to improve patient experience

You don't need any special experience, just an interest in helping your local GP practice and community.
