We had 148 patients who failed to attend their booked appointments in January - thats over 8 appointments a day.

We have sent our 106 text messages and 42 letters advising these patients they have missed their appointments (at a cost to the NHS).

We had 186 patients who failed to attend their booked appointments in December - thats over 9 appointments a day.

Our DNA (Did Not Attend) policy has been updated, and patients who fail to attend booked appointments will now receive communication regarding this.
